The works included construction of road network including all associated utilities such as construction of pipelines, manholes, ducts, street lighting, power cables, pump stations for various statutory authorities such as DEWA, DM, Etisalat/Du and RTA on a gated community concept. The works were carried out simultaneously with the construction of building works undertaken by other contractors which involved extensive access coordination and work interface.

The works also included full scale soft and hard landscaping across the entire CityWalk development
