The Dubai Mall has been extended with 150 new high fashion retail units and additional food & beverage outlets including terraces along the Lake Promenade. The Works involved the demolition and alterations to the existing mall, new car park areas and a 4 level mall extension together with associated high class finishes, MEP installations, external works and landscaping. The Project was executed with BK Gulf. The very congested site is located between Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai in The Emirate of Dubai.
